Steady provides digital eSIM (embedded SIM) profiles for cellular data connectivity across various regions, primarily focusing on Singapore and Malaysia. Our service allows users to purchase and install data plans via QR code delivery.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Usage & Restrictions

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Reselling the eSIM profiles without explicit authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Prices for our eSIM plans are subject to change without notice. Due to the digital nature of eSIM profiles, refunds are generally not provided once the QR code has been delivered, except in cases where the service is proven to be non-functional due to our fault.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Steady makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Steady be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
